Cold Packs & Freezer Packs

DO NOT place this item in a City of Omaha curbside recycling cart or drop-off site container.
Cold packs, first aid compresses, and freezer packs should be placed in the garbage if they cannot be reused.
Tip: Place Cold Packs & Freezer Packs in the garbage, even if the label says it's recyclable. Gel from cold packs will clog drains, so never pour them out.
Ways to Reduce or Reuse
If your cold pack came with a meal delivery kit, contact the meal kit provider to see if they offer a take-back program.
